Gina Holmes writes an inspirational, insightful look at spousal abuse

I want to say, "Wings of Glass" by Gina Holmes is a great book. It looks at abuse from several perspectives, truly depicts the predicament of an abused woman and allows the reader to watch her take control of her situation. Penny Taylor realizes the problem, but fears taking action to free herself from her husband Trent.

New found friends Callie Mae and Fatimah have walked that road.

What will the oputcome be once Penny discovers she is pregnant?

Louisa Copeland is a ‘perfect’ wife for lawyer Collin, despite three young children, their home is spotless, the car pool is run, dinner is ready when/if he arrives home. Something is missing, maybe her life is too perfect and too bland, she certainly feels lost. What is the secret she is…

Here's my thoughts on With Every Letter by Susan Sudlin

Sudlin has done a great job, bringing her characters to life, describing situations and places I have never seen until they were as real as if I were there!

This was a gerat read. I can't say a lot about it without spoiling for tohers, but I assure you if you are interested in history, WWII,  the North African campaign, and of course a little roamance, you will likethis book!
