Christmas Mittens by Laura V. Hilton

I love Christmas stories and I love novellas. Laura V. Hilton has combined the two and come up with a wonderfully delightful story that is just pure entertainment.

Gracia Dykstra and Jake Trivett have a little bit of history between them, and although Gracia had always felt something for Jake, the feeling never seemed to be mutual. Add to that the fact that Jake moved to California and it all became a moot issue. Or rather, it was a moot issue until now. because much to Gracia’s…

Review of GOSPEL FORMED

Gospel Formed

“A gospel-formed life has Jesus as our message, our motivation, our model, and our means. All of this matters because the worship of Jesus is the goal of the gospel,” J.A. Medders writes in his book, Gospel Formed: Living a Grace-Addicted, Truth-Filled, Jesus-Exalting Life.

Anna's Healing by Vannetta Chapman

Anna's Healing is a wonderfully written story of what only God can do. Anna moves from her family home to her Aunt and Uncle's house where her grandmother is also living. She is restless and uncertain of what she wants to do with her life.

Jacob is also wandering about going from job to job and town to town searching for something he can't quite grasp. He too has left his families home.

Anna and Jacob meet when he happens upon their small town and begins working for Anna's uncle. They… Continue

Falling Like Snowflakes – Denise Hunter (4.5-5 Stars)

Falling Like Snowflakes kicks off Ms. Hunter’s most recent series based in Summer Harbor, Maine.  Beau Callahan is the quintessential law enforcement officer, until his father’s death leads him to take over the family’s Christmas tree farm.  When Eden Martelli and her five-year-old son come to the town, with few resources and even less of a back story, Beau’s innate senses honed in the Summer Harbor sheriff’s office kick into high gear.  Eden’s short-lived life on the run leads her to…

An Intriguing Tale!

The Lost Heiress is a tremendous read that, unlike several I've read lately, captured me within the first few pages. There is something about Brook's situation in life and zest for life that pulls one into her world. She becomes the readers friend, and I couldn't help but cheer for her and her stubborn ways. Justin is a wonderful hero and friend. I thoroughly enjoyed the dialogue and banter between the two main characters. The book took me on a journey that I didn't want to… Continue
