1. There are several but I will list Ruth.

2. Would also love to read about Ruth's story in a novel.

Would love to read this book

I think it would be nice to read about any of the women in the Bible as I like to read books that make the people in the Bible seem more personal.

I would love to read a book about Noah's wife. Her faith must have been as strong as his, but she is largely ignored.

Ruth is my favorite woman in the Bible...Her love for her family and her devotion to

Naomi is beyond measure!

Thanks, Cindi

My favorite women in scripture in Ruth - I love her devotion and dedication to her mother in law. She was a women with a true heart.

Esther... Because she wasn't happy with Gods plan but followed his direction and was blessed in the end! It reminds me that God sees the whole picture and is in control!

#3  I've always wanted to Bathsheba where her faith come from.  What caused her to believe so fervently in the God of Israel?????

I think it has to be Mary because she obeyed and have Jesus and didn't question it

1) Rebekah!!! I am named after her.

2) lol, Rebekah. Have not read one about her yet.

My favourite character is Mary of the Mary and Martha story. The reason - I was a definitive Martha in every way. I am turning toward Mary- the peace, patience, love and compassion - are changing me.

Blessings

Janis

Mary is an interesting person since she took time to be with Jesus unlike Martha .
Ruth is probably my favorite woman in scripture. She exemplified an unselfish love.
