I prefer going by car and do some sightseeing as well. But flying is fine with me as well, some trips would take too long by car. And I can't drive while travelling overseas. ;)
Exactly how I feel, Kate!
Love the idea of that, Virginia!
1.. I do not fly, nor do I want to..
give me a road trip in the car! love to explore the countryside :)
I agree, Deanna. It's a shame to miss God's handiwork.
Thanks for entering, Connie!
2. Like road trip if we can get there within 12 hours. Live on east coast so we fly to west coast once a year to visit my daughter and her husband and grandson. Enjoy road trips because we can stop anywhere along the way as the mood sways us.
Just returned from Ohio and had a blast, lots of new things we did .
Please enter my name,
Julie, my longest road trip (tour bus rather than car) would probably be Nashville to Minot, North Dakota. Those cross country trips are L - O - N - G.
#3. Each mode of travel has its own reward. In flying, I can reach my destination so much sooner without the hassle and hours. By driving, I see so much more of the country and can stop at particular places. Please enter me. Thanks.
Another reward for ground travel for those of us who are pet lovers is the convenience of taking our pets in a car :)
