ABOUT BOOK: Fifteen-year-old Kari Rose discovers how much trouble she and her two sisters can get into when they stay at their ancient granny's for spring break. Granny gets a wild-haired notion at three in the morning, and she’s leaving with or without them. Kari makes the decision to take her sisters and ride with Granny in her old Cadillac on a five-hundred-mile-long trip north to visit family. Miles down the road, this harmless act finds Granny no longer able to drive, and Kari must take the wheel. Soon after, the four travelers are caught in a freeway-closing-down snowstorm which brings everyone and everything to a standstill.

A second blizzard with catastrophic impact is about to descend upon them, and Kari must determine the best way to find shelter and beat the storm. Will Kari trust her gut instincts and rely upon a complete stranger to lead them to safety?

My husband and I hope to travel by train to Washington, DC next year.

Would love to do that going to Washington State and Oregon.  Sounds like a wonderful way to travel.

My husband and I have an Alaskan Cruise on our bucket list.

I would love to go to Redding, California.

Just returned from a yearly jaunt to the west coast-we live on the east coast), Seattle area where our daughter and her family live. For the past 12 years now we go to celebrate the grandsons birthday and find new things to do, which we did this time. He wanted for his birthday one thing: play in the snow. got the trip to mount baker and the top fo the mountain, blizzard conditions, road was closed off so i asked the driver to pull over to the side where there was 30 feet high snow plowed along the side of the pulloff area. he pulled out his pike and started to create an avalanche which we've lived through at the top of mt. rainier many years prior.  the snow was so thick he didn't make much progress but we had a super fun time throwing snowballs at each other. went to museums in the area, flight mostly and gardens. such culture they have out there. planning for a mt. rainier for next year if the roads are open.

Thanks for the chance,

My hubby and one of our adult sons and I went to Israel this year. I’d love to go back!

We don't have any big vacation planned for this year, but we do hope to make it to Lake Tahoe at some point (we live in California, so that's not a big trip :-) ).

What an amazing adventure this book entails one I could see my self on
1 I am thinking of a trip to Minnesota a place I have not been since a wee lad, as far as a future trip, right now that is up for grabs

Good morning, dear readers! I'm so very glad you are here, and I enjoyed reading your plans for travel.  A great copy editor was recommended to me for "Road Trip of Delusion" and after five months of work on both our parts, this story is sharper and cleaner than before. I'm looking forward to people's response to "Road Trip of Delusion".

BTW, Debra Linquist, the end of the trip of this book is set near Redding, CA.

My husband and I want to visit Yellowstone, Glacier Park and go to Washington State & Oregon.  We completed half of our dream vacation and went across the states from Ala. to Ca & back by way of Utah, Missouri and a few other states, went up the Eastern seaboard and we used to live in S. Fl.  We love to travel.

My answer is the exact one Virginia Winfield wrote! My husband and I would love to visit Washington, DC.

My husband and I are retired and we try to plan several trips in our RV each year. We want to go a couple of times to the beach, the mountains and one day I want to visit Alaska.
