OCTOBER 16th GIVEAWAY (1) $25.00 GIFT CARD (10) REVIEW COPIES of LORD BENTLEY NEEDS A BRIDE

ABOUT BOOK: LORD BENTLEY NEEDS A BRIDE

It’s late August, and the Earl of Bentley must find, persuade, and marry a titled and moneyed English lady before October 30th or he will lose his estates and finances. So, Bentley, unlearned in the Rules of Love and the intricacies of women’s psyches, confronts a ticking clock. The socially awkward Lord hires a matchmaker.

Lady Camilla Merriweather, eldest daughter of a viscount, must use her considerable beauty to marry a rich, titled, Englishman to save her large family from the poverty brought upon them by huge losses in the stock market. Due to a mix-up, Lady Camilla finds herself at a house party set in motion by the Earl’s matchmaker. Will a series of blunders, misadventures, and competing grooms lead to a happily-ever-after ending?

I would not want to be a matchmaker. Leave that to God. Just pray about it.

No, I wouldn't like to be a matchmaker. It would be difficult to meet the family's expectations and do what's best for the young couple.

There is one thing I find unjust (not silly) in this time period: a woman was practically her husband's property. The strict rules of chaperoning I find particularly silly.

Please, add me for the GC drawing and for the book (preferably an  ebook). Thanks.

1. Mostly like learning more about the time period. I don't read a lot of that period but ti's fun to read the books and learn new things. Rules of love sound interesting...

Please enter my name,

thanks

#3.  I would have hated for my parents to choose my husband.  I think that that could only lead to disaster.  I have been reading a few books with that and shudder to think about it.  Please enter me.  Thanks.

1. I hate that arranged marriages often wowon out over true love matches.
2. I would NOT want to be a matchmaker. I would hate to think that I had made a disastrous mistake!
Please enter my name for a review copy and gift card. Thank you and Blessings!
I would not want to be a matchmaker. I believe God has someone picked out for each of us. Please put my name down for the Gift Card and to review the book please .

Question 2. No, I would not want to be a matchmaker. I would not want the responsibility of helping someone make that big of a choice/commitment.  Please enter me in both giveaways. I can read and review in 8 weeks or less. Thanks. PB book if available but any format.

I might quite enjoy being a matchmaker during that time.  I love gathering information and relying on research to make an informed decision.  What I might fear, though, is backlash from matches that didn't pass muster.  I would love a chance to read and review Lord Bentley Needs a Bride.

I could not be a matchmaker, unless I had help, like esp or something. LOL !! I would love to review a print copy thank you

I would not want to be a matchmaker.  I'd be terrible at it.

I would consider being a matchmaker. I really enjoy studying people and personality types, and I'd like to use that insight to help people.

Question #2: Part of me would like to be a matchmaker....to bring two people together...but the anxious part of me would be afraid of messing it up...lol
