MUST ANSWER ONE QUESTION

TO BE ENTERED IN DRAWING

1. BACK COVER: "Alexia D'Clere didn't ask to be Protector of the Spear, but after her dying mother gave her the tiny metal object and made her promise to keep it safe, she had no choice. Orphaned at age eight, she began to take over the running of her parent's castle with the help of a trusted steward. Yet, when a plot to murder her was revealed, a friar whisked her away to live hidden in the forest. There, she learned to shoot expertly with bow and arrow and hone her skills to see into the spirit realm." QUESTION: Has anybody learned how to shoot with a bow and arrow? If so, do tell us about it. If not, have you ever desired to learn? Why?

2. Have any of you ever saw a movie you enjoyed, that had lots of action with bows and arrows? If so, do tell.

3. Out of the two book covers shown, above which do you like the most? Why?

I learned to shoot a bow and arrow during my Physical Education class in 9th grade at Anne Arundel Junior High, Fort Meade, Maryland. I was familiar with shooting a bow and arrow since my father was an avid archer. I am extremely out of practice now. We recently had a family challenge among my siblings using bows and arrows. I lost since I never hit the bullseye out of several attempts.

I'm just so amazed at how many of you tried this in PE class. How fun!

2. Have any of you ever saw a movie you enjoyed, that had lots of action with bows and arrows? If so, do tell.

One of our favorite movies is the 1938 movie, "The Adventures of Robin Hood", with Errol Flynn as Robin Hood. There is a lot of bow and arrow action, from fighting to an archery contest, with some amazing shots.

Growing up my Daddy was into the compound bow, so I learned to shoot one.

Oh, what great memories Caryl!

I do know how to shoot a bow and arrow. My husband is an instructor so I learned from the best!

Wow! That's awesome!

I learned how to shoot with a bow back in high school physical Ed. It takes good arm strength. My son-in-Law teaches sixth grade science but he leads an archery group after school that competes with schools all throughout our state.

I love both covers above but She Walks In Love is simply stunning. Thank you for the chance. Blessings

I agree!

3. I like the cover of She Walks in Power the most. The woman on the front looks fierce, and I like that she is evidently a very strong character. Also, her flowing red hair against all that green is absolutely gorgeous!

I agree Pam!
