I have decided to leave STEPHEN: UNLIKELY MARTYR at 99c for one more day and open it up to everyone in BF.  Go here.It is novel 7 in my series INTREPID MEN OF GOD.Before I wrote the last chapter, I walked the floor and cried for two days trying to get inside Stephen's head when he decided to face down the Sanhedrin, knowing he would not leave alive.  I think I was saying goodbye to him.  If you do, would…See More

When I worked in offices where the men used to keep the A/C on permanent freeze, it was so uncomfortable. They didn't buy that I couldn't type their work if my fingers were frozen. I'm usually comfortable around 78 to 80 or so. Hubby would be happy to keep it at 68 year round, but I couldn't handle the air that cold, especially not when it's blowing on me. We compromise at 75 and I haven't put on a pair of shorts yet...but will be soon, as inside it was up to 84 today. I went for a very short walk today - trying to get back to daily walks per doctor's suggestions. Long story short, I didn't realize until I got home, 10 minutes later, that it was already 108 just before noon! Thankfully I always take a bottle of water, and was surprised to drink as much for 10 minutes as I do for 20.

Our A/C doesn't keep up well during the daytime, so it is uncomfortable by this time of day. I don't mind when it is 80 - better for joints and for fibro - but not above that. Think of all who lived here before the days of coolers, fans, a/c - nope, better not. Will think of where Alana is, in Alaska!

How are you doing with it? It is probably more intense there?

Hi Kathryn - I've known a few people with dual citizenship. It does have its advantages. :) Where in Ontario did you live? I was raised in and near Sault Ste. Marie but haven't lived there since I was in my early twenties.

Hi Kathryn,

My name is Cindy, I work for Linda Seger. She asked me to answer your question about the settings on her page. First of all, thank you for noticing the changes I made. It wasn't easy.

As far as the background. You can edit your page settings just underneath where your photo is at the top left. There are a lot of choices including background and border colors.  I also chose a different template as well that let me choose the header moved to the left a bit so I could place our own header at the top in the background that I had added her photo too so her picture would also be at the top. I did most of the header work in photoshop. It looks like you've been very busy in here with your groups. I may be asking you some advice for us to help me take advantage of the forums etc.

God Bless you, Cindy Ahlgrim

If you have any other questions about what I do or need help my business and contact info is below on this photo Thx again

Katheryn, no snow, in fact we've had very little snow this winter. We usually get most of our snow & it's the coldest in February, however this winter has been very strange weather wise. Actually a lot warmer than normal with a few days of normal colder temperatures.  It's been mid 50*'s-upper 60*'s & even as high as 78* last week! Way too early for those temperatures. Yes, agree about the germs....lots of people with the flu here.

Besides my Bible, I only read Christian fiction: historical, inspirational, Edwardian, recency, civil war (not about the war but the people), colonial, American Revolution, Amish, throw in a pirate or two, etc.

Blessings, Tina
